All UK orders over £60 are automatically entitled to FREE standard delivery.
UK Standard - Shipped and tracked by Evri UK.
UK Express - Shipped and tracked by Evri UK. Order before 1pm for UK Express Delivery (processed and delivered within 2 days)
EU - All EU deliveries will be tracked. All taxes, duties and shipping charges are included in the shipping price up to the value of €150, ensuring a smooth delivery to your door.
Rest of World - This service will be delivered through a local courier and will be tracked. Transit time will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.
Please note our shipping prices cover parcels that are less than 5kg in weight. If your order weighs above 5kg further charges may apply.

Customs & Duty
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
For EU orders with a total goods value of €150 or less, we use the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where applicable. This means import VAT is collected at checkout, helping to reduce delays and unexpected VAT charges on delivery.
Orders over €150 are not covered by IOSS and may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, clearance fees, carrier charges, or other local charges when entering the destination country.
From 1 July 2026, EU low-value imports may also be subject to additional customs duties or charges under updated EU customs rules.
For countries outside the EU, orders may incur duty, tax, clearance, carrier, or other import charges upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to advise on specific thresholds or rates, as these vary by country and product type. If additional charges are due, the carrier or local customs authority will contact you directly to arrange payment.
